Hello, my name is Omer Azmon. When I first came to The Human Engine Clinic, I had been living with Type 2 diabetes for over 14 years. I had already tried other clinics and programs, hoping to get my blood sugar under control, but I left each one feeling frustrated and disappointed. Nothing seemed to work, and I wasn’t getting the results I needed. When I came to see Dr. Gringeri, I was dealing with several ongoing health concerns. My A1C was hovering around 7.5, and my glucose levels were unpredictable—sometimes spiking into the 250s. Despite being on several medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, I was struggling to feel stable or well. I was also very fatigued for a long time and experiencing low energy levels. I knew in order to be healthy I needed to exercise regularly, but when I would exercise, even for a very short time (5 minutes), I was exhausted. I also wanted to drop some weight, and not being able to exercise or control my glucose was not helping.

I was determined when I came to see Dr. Gringeri, but I'm not going to lie, after having previous disappointments I was skeptical. I had an initial consultation and the information Dr. Gringeri provided made a lot of sense. I decided to do a program. After my first treatment with Dr. Gringeri, I felt less tired and I had more energy. This gave me some hope - a light at the end of the tunnel.

I worked with Dr. Gringeri for three months putting in the time with my program and I noticed some very positive changes and my glucose was in a much better, stable range. I felt my energy improve - I was now able to do an exercise routine, and coupled with the program I was doing with Dr. Gringeri this has really made a difference. A few weeks into my program I also noticed my sleep was better which also contributed to a better energy level.

With the information Dr. Gringeri provided and doing his simple and effective Human Engine Approach™ program, I have a renewed sense of health and well-being. I'm going back to my medical doctor to see about getting my medications reduced. I'm hopeful that in the near future I will be able to eliminate some of my medications and eventually be off all medications.

Results

When Omer came to see us, he was dealing with several concerns that he wanted to address:

1. Fatigue and low energy

2. High blood glucose

3. High blood pressure

4. High cholesterol

5. Overweight

Dr. Gringeri did a physical exam and nutritional work-up for Omer to determine what Omer needed, and a program that would address his concerns listed above. After having many losses trying to handle his Type 2 diabetes, Dr. Gringeri took the time to educate Omer and give him information that would help ease his mind that he was on the right track. Omer was already taking steps on his own to make his health better, but he was having trouble getting his glucose in a stable range. He was very willing to implement Dr. Gringeri's recommendations.

Dr. Gringeri recommended a three-month program to start. Omer could get significant changes within a three-month period, but Dr. Gringeri informed Omer that more work may need to be done after the three months, as Omer was on several medications for the items list above. Dr. Gringeri wants his patients to be healthy enough so their medical doctor can lower and hopefully eliminate prescribed medications – that is the ultimate goal.

THREE WEEKS - Within a few weeks, Omer was experiencing much better energy levels, but his glucose was still spiking and plummeting.

EIGHT WEEKS - Omer notes significant changes in his glucose levels, going from 220 blood glucose to a range of 120-150 blood glucose.  He wears a glucose monitor so he can see what his glucose levels are doing throughout the day and how his glucose responds to what he is eating or drinking. This made it easier for Omer to take control and monitor his progress.

THREE MONTHS -Things are looking great! Omer has completed his three-month program and he has accomplished his goal of his glucose in a non-diabetic range. With his dedication to his exercise program he has lost some weight and also gained strength. His next step is to meet with his medical doctor and see if he can reduce his medications.

MONITORING - As part of Omer's program he did a follow-up urinalysis to check levels of certain markers a few weeks after he ended his program. The graphics below show the results of his program and working with Dr. Gringeri. Here are some additional wins reflected in Omer's recent lab results:

  • Glucose in urine went from +2 to trace amounts - Very good!

  • Calcium retention went from heavy to light - Very good!

  • Vitamin C deficiency went from 18 to 2 - Very good!
